Protect Your CDs
Durable CD sleeves are useful to protect your CDs from usual deterioration. A CD sleeve is also well-known as a five-inch mailer and is of great use for mailing and storing CDs. As they are shaped like tiny envelopes, they are very clear and one can see what is inside those tiny envelopes. For added safety they are available with flaps which are lockable.
Types of CD sleeves
Now-a-days different types of Cd sleeves are available in the market. They are paper sleeve, plastic sleeve and cardboard sleeve.
A paper sleeve is considered friendly and is made from biodegradable substance which cannot protect the CDs from moisture and water. This is the least expensive and least durable type of CD sleeve. They are found in different colors in the market, but white is the most common one.
Second type is the plastic type. They are considered to be water-resistant and are stronger than paper ones.
Then there’s the third type of sleeve which is the cardboard CD sleeve – the ideal compromise. Cardboards are most long-lasting and thickest of all. The CDs can be protected from breaking. While they are not totally resistant from moisture and water, but they are very much better at protecting the CDs than paper sleeves. However, they are expensive than the rest two.
